Construction of Frame

Our press machine frame is made of high-grade steel (IS-2062) with high strength, rigidity & stiffness of full loads capacity. The frame bearing the surface is hand-scraped with a fine dimensional axis & frame coated by high-quality paint.

Ram & Liner Box

Ram is made of high-grade steel which bears surfaces of hard scrapped with aligned by micrometer & dial. Sides are made of high cast-iron material which due to strength & also aligned (0 X 0 Axis) by hand scrapped. Our sides are in two parts for proper alignment.

Shaft

(I) Main Shaft: Main shaft made of alloy steel (EN9) which is tested by IS code. Which is thrown with portable bushes. Bushes that can be fabricated by oil chambers.

(II) Pinion Shaft: Pinion Shaft made of high-grade steel (IS-2062) with (Ghun Metal) bushes. It can be also lubricated by an oil chamber.

Clutch & Rolling Key

Clutch is designed & well supported for mass production under heavy operating conditions. Rolling key made by forging process of special steel.

Brake

It is very sensitive & powerful. It works instantaneously.

Gear

They are of steel casted teeth load capacity gear teeth are generated by precious hobbing machines.

Fly Wheel

It is made of cast iron of high grade & designed to generate required energy & is least liable to put extra load on the motive power.

Lubrication

Oil cups are provided to lubricate all sliding surfaces and moving pants.
